                         Yes after after_ui_footer will work.But it has a restriction.It only triggers for bwc modules

Is after login hook adds JS file after login.

after_login - Executes after a user logs into the system.
But you can not add JS file in that.

But it may give you insights how to get the sum of a field called amount currently visible on the list view 
It used to load html in the bwc module

Exactly i am doing it in my module when i am on the create view page it will automatically start the ajax onload right but my case is different.
