Before I upgrade sugar from 188.8.131.52 to 184.108.40.206, normally Case has been created and team will related with Inbound Email for each team.
Case A from email email@example.com and set team is UK(primary)
But in my system it always put team SugarCRM Administrator because Case has been created by admin(Default from system)
CaseB from email firstname.lastname@example.org and set team UK(primary),SugarCRM Administrator
How can I take off SugarCRM Administrator team?
