Case to Email Auto reply is not working.  Connection is completed successfully when I test but the Auto reply does not work.  Can anyone help?

I was told there is a configuration issue on the office 365 side but I don't know that is the case.  All other outbound emails are configured and work successfully for workflow email templates and campaign emails but there is an issue here.  Any feedback would be helpful.
