In my company's version of sugar we are about to release the customer portal that is included in sugar enterprise edition. One problem we are having is when we create a new note in the portal activity view the customer information disappears after the note is saved.
If I go to the normal sugar UI and go to cases> then the notes subpanel and create a note there and click save the information is now visible again. The fields Customer and Location are both calculated field which are generated from another module we created. I think this must have something to do with how portal creates a note but I don't know where that code resides. Please HELP!
