Activity Stream sort order (i.e. timeline) messed up

Can you take a look at this defect and let me know if this fits your scenario?  If yes, does changing the date/time format in your profile setting help provide relief to this issue?

The "big" Activity Stream  (right arrow on the Sugar cube) is in order but the dashlet is not.

This defect states: NOTE: I tested all time format entries and verified that the following do not cause the problem. It is safe to user the following time formats in user preferences: 

23:00

11:00pm
11:00PM
23.00
11.00pm
11.00PM

I was already using 23:00  :/   I tried 23.00 (being European) and even 11:00PM but unfortunately with same results. So it does not seem to be this defect.

Is it best I file this as a support ticket or do you have some more tricks up your sleeve?

I am unable to reproduce this issue locally in a stock instance.  I do recommend that you submit a support ticket and provide screenshots that show the issue that you are experiencing.

I also recommend including details with how the dashlet is configured.

Once a solution is found, you can add it to this post for others to review.
