Archive many emails at once with Outlook plugin (OPI)

Question

Hi all.

In Outlook, I highlight 3 emails and then click "Archive to Sugar," see here:

But only one of the emails is archived/moved over to Sugar (you can also see on the picture above that only one got categorized).

I´m using Outlok 2016 64 bit and OPI 2.2.0

According to the guide, one should be able to archiev many emails at once ("one or more emails").

Any ideas what is up?

Hi Kristjan,

This was a known issue in Outlook Plugin version 2.2.0 ( https://web.sugarcrm.com/support/issues/76446 ) which was resolved for the coming 2.3.0 version. Unfortunately there doesn't seem to be a workaround at this point until the release of 2.3.0.
