Add meeting notes as attachments in a meeting invite email

Hi guys,


We usually have two notes in the email that we would like to be sent together with the meeting request to our invitees.


I have seen how we can customise en_us.notify_template.html in the community, but I haven't found any reference on how I can add all the notes if there is any in the meeting so the invitees will have the documents needed for the meeting.
