How do i give a regular user access to Trackers modules?

Monica Kadange you may have added same user to another role with more restrictions,

please check if a user is added in 2 different roles, most restricted permissions will be applied.

That's what I thought initially and I ended up removing the other role and left the Tracker Role. However, the user still cannot access the report.

I have even assigned the report to the user and also added the user's team as a primary team on the report.

The issue you are experiencing is a known defect # 75731. The bug is resolved in a future release of Sugar, and if you want to explore the option of receiving a hotfix for this issue, please contact your partner and reference this bug number.

Thanks @Chris Raffle. This was really doing my head in. I guess I will have to give the user admin access for now.

Hi, can you confirm which version contains the fix for this?  We are on 7.7.0.0 and we are still experiencing this issue.  I have searched the release notes for every release after 7.7.0.0 and I cannot find this defect listed as a fix in any of those releases.

Please note that we are on-demand, with an enterprise license for 700 users.  Our managers need the ability to see these tracker reports for their teams.
