Best practice about scheduler directories

I am creating plugin that will only contain scheduler, language file, scripts for post-install and post-uninstall and manifest file.

I managed to make plugin working fine, but now want to add some advanced logic to scheduler job, and would like to split it into few files.

My question is where I should upload this additional files, because they do not belong to any additional modules? I can still keep it in one file, but it will get really messy and would like to split it. Should I maybe create folder named utils under custom/Extension/modules/Schedulers/Ext/utils or maybe put it under modules/Schedulers/utis, and gave them unique names?
