How to audit relate field

Question

I have a custom relate field and I need to Track the Changes for it

Making auditable true from Studio Only Capture ID of this field (Which is not human readable so not useful) , but not the NAME

How to capture Name instead ?

Yes, you are right, but as a User its not good to have Record Id right? Its not readable?

I was looking out for a pre-built configuration idea for it , but I think I need to do Customization of it
