Issues with Third Party Plug Ins?

We recently installed the SugarCRM Plug In but we are also using a plug in for Act-On (marketing automation).  We are finding that when using both, the Send and Archive function of Sugar does not always work.  The email will send, but it does not archive to Sugar.  Wondering if anyone else has experienced this with Act-On or another third party plug in and if they have found a work around so that we don't have to double check if an email has been archived each time one is sent and/or go into our sent mail and Archive to Sugar from there.

    Please check that your Schedulers are working fine. By default Sugar does not offer automatic email archiving, but there are several plugins in the market which can offer automatic email archiving in Sugar. So if you are able to receive and send emails from your Sugar but they are not getting archived then you need to check the email archiving scheduler.
