When I upload accounts using the import wizard, it thinks for a little while and thenI get a blank white screen after I map the fields and never make it to step 4. What's happening?
It sounds like you may hitting a timeout limit, where Sugar is unable to fully process the number of records that you are trying to import.
Generally when we see this issue, we recommend separating your import spreadsheet into several smaller sheets, so that smaller amounts of data are being imported each time.
If your instance is hosted on-site, you also may be able to adjust the resource limits in your php.ini file to allow each script to run for a longer period of time.
