Can someone explain the use of the Sugar dashlets?
Okay some are useful however others are next to useless and trying to create a report and use that as a dash let is very confusing for simple Admin.
The opportunities forecast dash let is a great pipeline graphic but that is where it ends. I should simple be able to click on that pipeline funnel and instantly see the opportunities that are behind the funnel graphic.
Salesforce did this beautifully and is sorely missed in Sugar. As a sales manager time is important i do not want to have to run multiple reports in different sections I want an immediate snapshot of my teams activities and sales so that I can drill down quickly and simply.
