I'm am getting a blank screen when trying to edit an Inbound Email config and my PHP memory_limit is set to 2048MB. This seems abnormal for the Inbound Email config in Admin to exceed that much memory.
Anyone else run into this?
Can't say I've seen this, but how do you know that the blank screen equates to it exceeding the memory_limit? Are there specific error messages elsewhere that are indicating that?
PHP Fatal Error: Allowed memory size of 536870912 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 49152 bytes)
The number of bytes exhausted will just go up the higher I raise the memory limit. Went to 2GB which is half the total memory on the VPS. Typical recommended limit is 512MB
That's rather unusual. 512MB is definitely a good number for a large number of instances.
Have you confirmed via phpinfo() that it is actually using the memory_limit setting you've specified?
Yes I of course confirmed it. After 15 years of Sys Admin experience, I would only post on this forum if I really hit a wall.
