Does any one have any experience using Outlook Plugin and/or Riva to sync emails, contacts, meetings, calls? Would like some feedback RE: pros and cons of each.
Some specific points I'd like feedback on:
-Is there a way to categorize as a Call in Outlook so that it will sync to Calls Module instead of Meetings Module?
-How do users select specific emails to sync to Sugar?
-Do Contacts sync reliably? What issues have you seen and did you find a solution?
-Are there issues when users accept meetings on mobile devices when they use iOS native mail/calendar instead of Outlook App/Mobile versions?
