We are using Sugar CE 6.5. With the Rest API we get the error "Invalid Session ID". This happens too frequently.
Is there way to increase the "session timeout" time or keep the user session alive?
Well, you can use .htaccess files to manipulate PHP settings, but in the end, you still need the ability to manipulate PHP.
Here is a really good article covering the subject of .htaccess and PHP settings: https://davidwalsh.name/php-values-htaccess
Increasing the PHP setting "session.gc_maxlifetime" would increase the life of your Sugar session.
Thanks for the response! Is there any other method without editing php.ini file?
Thank you! Looks like the only way I've is adding the setting to .htaccess file. Editing php.ini is not an option for me.
I was expecting a clean way of making changes, probably in the config.php file.
