I created a very simple Process Definition that sends emails to me when a new record is created. It stopped at the email alert and gave me an error under Process Management. Please help!
tuyet hoang Do you have an email template? What does it look like? What are the settings for the Email alert?
What do you see in the sugarcrm.log file? It may be an issue with the email itself. You may need to set the log level to "ERROR" ( see Admin > System Settings ) in order to see some of the messages we are looking for.
