Does anyone have issues with roi for campaigns not showing up? I have several opportunities tied to a campaign with sales stage "closed won", but the results do not show up under the campaign. Any known issues with this functionality or solution?
Do you happen to be using the Enterprise edition of the product, with the Opportunities configuration set to Opportunities Only? (disabling Revenue Line Items)
If so, it does appear that there is a known defect with the ROI chart when an instance is using this specific configuration. It has been filed as defect #74097 and you can view it at the following link: SugarCRM, Inc.
