So if you open a Contact record for example it just shows a blank page?If so could you ask your IT for the PHP error logs on the server and post any FATAL errors that you see in there here?
That should help identifying the root cause.

Thanks a lot for the screenshots, with those I was able to identify the issue: Your user is not in the Global Team, so with that you don't have access to any record. In order to correct this please contact one of your CRM Administrators to add your user to the Global team in Admin > Team Management. Maybe the team was removed by accident, adding it will allow you to access all records in that team again. Let us know if adding your user there solved it for you.
