Global search not showing result. all settings i done correctly in admin section search option.

There is a big chance your records aren't indexed.
In order to do that go to Admin > Search. Then Schedule System Index.
Its your option to select either All or Specific Module that isn't found in the global search.
The most important part that, Do not forget to check box "Delete existing data when index is performed. Only data in the selected modules will be indexed." from the popup. Then click Index button.
Sugar will reindex your records by running your cron job.

we had a similar problem, but it affected only some modules, both standard and custom modules. All that modules had a lot of records, maybe that was the problem. We found out, that the jobs for that modules in the job_queue table had status "error" after indexing few records. We resetted the status to "queued" a couple of times until all records were indexed.
Since we updated to 18.104.22.168, the problem seems to be solved.
If your instance is on-site, maybe you can check the job_queue table, if that is your problem as well.
