I have installed a fresh instance of SugarCRM 7.7.0.0. The instance works for an hour, and then it starts to give an error message (Unable to load the application), and loads nothing. I have reinstalled it a couple of times, but every time it gets stuck to this error after some time of installation.
There is no error in the console, and sugarcrm.log file is empty.

You must see some error in your php_error logs. There must be an error based on this issue.
Do you also see any api call is failing in your Chrome browser, Developer Tools > Network Tab?
