Trying to sync to Outlook.  When I send an error message it says "Confirm that the URL of your Sugar site is correct in tools--sugar options".  Any suggesitions?

Any idea how to fix this problem?  My broker appears to have the same settings in her Sugar and it works fine.  I have Outlook 365.  Did I download the wrong plugin?  Not sure what to do, but I can't email from Outlook and store in Sugar, nor can I email from Sugar at all.
