Why diff. info. when running the same exact report?

Hello Sugar Community,

 

When the Regional Managers run their reports, the SF managers will receive a different report than the LA managers when they try to run the same report. When running the exact same report for a specific person's accounts, the SF managers would be missing Id & Account Names from the LA Team, or the LA managers would be missing Accounts from the SF Team

 

How do I correct this issue for all managers to view the same information when running the same report?
