Failed to initialize the upgrader, please check you're logged in as admin

Hi Hiren,

This could be happening for a number of reasons. Here are my suggestions:

a. Ensure that you do not have two users with the same username. If there are two users with the same username and one is a regular user, this could cause the problem.

b. Do you have anything set for the session_dir in the config files? If yes, try to clear this setting and then try upgrading again.

c. Try to upgrade the instance using the silent upgrade method:

(a.) was not the problem, but I have done (b.) and (c.) and successfully able to upgrade.
