I'm creating a simple report for extract all the contacts:
- No filter added
- Columns:
- Account Name
- Billing city (may be empty)
- First name
- Last name
- Title
- Office phone
- Mobile
- Email address
When I run the report, I obtain 1200 results, what it's insignificant. I look for some of the key accounts where I have lots of contacts and most of these accounts don't appear. There a big lack of results and no filter has been added.

Hi Laura Fdez,
I see that you are displaying information for related modules of Accounts and Email Address, have you ticked the Optional Related Modules for "Contacts > Email Address" found on the Report Details section? If this is unticked then the Report will only show Contacts that have an Email Address. You may also have to tick the one for Accounts if you have any Contacts without Accounts in your system, depending on whether you are B2B / B2C / Both.
The related Email Address tends to cause a significant difference in the number of results depending on whether you have ticked this Optional Related Module or not.
