Did the Outlook Plugin work with Citrix XEN 6.5 / 7 ?
The Outlook plugin does not support Citrix Environments yet ( http://support.sugarcrm.com/Resources/Supported_Platforms/Plug-ins_Supported_Platforms/ ), there is an Enhancement Request filed for Product Management to support Terminal Server Environments like Citrix:
When using "Install for all Users" during the installation the plugin should install fine but as it is not supported any problems with that can't be addressed yet.
Once support is made available it will be announced in the plugin release space, so you can follow the news there:
