Hi y´all
I´ve got Outlook Plugin 2.2.0 install and Sugar Ent 7.7.0.0. The general question is: Can one choose the ordering of records that appear in the Archieve window of the OPI?
If so, where?
Here is an example (see pic):
1) The Contacts that appear are two: Tinn* and Je* - they are obiously not in alphabetical order (unless it´s reverse).
2) Under the Contact Je*, there is one Account and three Opportunities. The Opportunities are neither in alphabetical order ("an" comes first, then "RA" and finally "Cis") nor time order (see the big circle).
Just wanted to double check this. If I am correct, then I think I´ll file a product enhancement
Seems to me that one should be able to order each category (Op in this instance) by Date/time or alphabetically on the name of the record.
