Thanks to the process definition I would like to send an email to the contact defined on a case, when this one is resolved and I don't find the solution to do that.
When I select "To" on the "Message Event" I find:
I can find the user (and the manager of the person) who created the record, modified or is assigned to the record. But not the contact entered at the creation of this case.
Do you know how can I do that?
