Sugar Enterprise 7.5 - There is a way to not email a scheduled report if there are no records?

Hello.

By default, in the Advanced Reports scheduling, Sugar Enterprise has only option to select date, time and interval.

I checked the Report schedule config screen and found some clue (module and action):

"index.php?module=Reports&action=add_schedule&to_pdf=true&id=xxxx&schedule_type=ent"

It uses a Cron Job to schedule emails, right?

There is some way of inserting some condition in the job to not send email if there aren't records on the report?

I am not sure if Amy Cox found a solution, but I'd like to echo Doug Hooker's reply:

My concern would be if you did something to not send reports in cases of blank ones, you may have an added paranoia of 'did the report not send because it's blank, or because it just didn't send.' At least if it's sending blank ones you know it fired properly.

I'd also like to add that getting a blank report can be valuable too, depending on the content of the report, as knowing that the result of the report is null can mean "something" changed since the last time the report ran.

I am not aware of any out-of-the-box functionality that would stop the report from sending, but I hope this information helps!
