I am evaluating SugarCRM for use at work. I am considering disabling the Case functionality and replacing it with the FayeBSG JIRA Issues module/connector.
I am curious to know if it is possible to configure SugarCRM to receive inbound emails, which could be processed and automatically create a new issue in this JIRA issues custom module.
I can see that cases can be automatically created from inbound emails. Can the same be done for creating data in a custom module?
