Where can I download patches for the Community Edition?

hurr durr - Community Edition patches are available through SourceForge. The post you referenced has also been updated to include this. Thank you for bringing this up!

The file presently offered on SourceForge is only for the Full Edition of 6.5.23.  There do not appear to be any patch/update files (from earlier versions of 6.5 to this latest 6.5.23).  Have these patch/update files been created yet?  Have they been published anywhere yet?
