Can't see inbound emails for our colleagues

Myself and my colleague added inbound emails to sugar for our other colleagues. Now I can only see the one I added and he can only see the one he added. They are both set to global and we'd like for all of us to be able to see all of the inbound emails - what are we doing wrong?
