We have an issue where a page will auto-refresh while someone is typing.
In particular, support will be in the Cases module composing an email (email drawer) and the page will refresh with no notice loosing the content of the email and forcing them to start from scratch.
Any thoughts as to what may be causing this?
I'm having a hard time reproducing it consistently, though I've seen it happen in development before (generally connected with an ongoing repair/rebuild but there haven't been any R&R in Production today).
