Reminder in Outlook for Tasks

Question

Hi. Running 7.6.2.1 Enterprise. I&acute;m using the Outlook plugin and learning/discovering how the Tasks in Sugar and Outlook work. One feature I don&acute;t seem to see is a Outlook reminder notice (pop up) when a Task is created in Sugar and synced over to Outlook. I didn&acute;t see it mentioned here: either http://support.sugarcrm.com/Documentation/Sugar_Versions/7.6/Ent/Application_Guide/Tasks/ So, is there no such feature in Sugar Tasks? Maybe coming in the new Outlook plugin... Thanks, KGM

Kristjan,

It appears that this is not a feature that is in the product at this time and I do not see an existing feature request in our system. I recommend creating a support ticket requesting that an Enhancement Request be created and submitted to our Product Management team asking for this functionality.
