Outbound Email configuration is not working

After configuring outbound mail configuration through email setting  after sending a test mail it is throwing Error:"Error:The following From address failed: crm@example.com". I have checked the Username and password and port also all things are correct.When i configuring the email setting of different instance with same information in same server it is working fine but the other one is showing error.

 

why this error is coming please help me.
