Integration of LiveChat - Subpanels are not shown

Hi!

I installed the module of LiveChat and it works so far, as I can create leads, contacts, accounts und opportunities directly fom the chat application

The problemis, that the module itself in Sugar integrated, shows the transrcipted chats. But when I want to match a transcript to one of the 4 Modules above, nothing gets saved.

And Livechat is not shown as subpanel in accounts, contacts, leads, and opportunities.

But the relations are given as shown in the attached screenshot.

Hi Michael,
One thing I would check is Admin > Display Modules and Subpanels to make sure that the Chat Transcripts subpanel is set to display and not hidden.

This is what I have done first. But the module isn´t shown at all at subpanels hide or show modus...
