How do you follow activity for all users in your team

I need to be able to configure an activity stream that includes the activities of all users (consultant) in the Client Service team, not just me. Can't seem to configure this by user. Any ideas if its possible? Surely it must be otherwise how do you an overview of activity across an entire team?
