I'm new to Sugar and find that when a users log's onto the mobile client 3.0 the History Dashlet does not show the Email tab as it does in the client.
Is there a way to enable this. The client that we are on is 220.127.116.11 Pro
While you can send emails via the SugarCRM Mobile application, at the present time it is not possible to view email history for a record through the mobile app. We do have an enhancement request logged for this issue under ER 68475, which you can read more about at the following link: https://web.sugarcrm.com/support/issues/68475
