Is a million too much for a criteria in Process Author?

Can you tell me what version of Sugar 7 you are running?  I tested the latest version of Sugar and do not see the "Amount" field as an available field to use in the criteria section.  I tested this with the Likely field and was able to have the Process Definition trigger as expected for when the Likely was over 1B.  I also tested if maybe there was an issue with using different separators within your profile.  Please also let me know if you are using a different currency other than USD.

We just upgraded to 7.6.2.1, Enterprise.  We are not using USD but ISK. So you don´t see "Amount" as in my picture?

We don´t use decimal places either. We could not find a place to remove the decimal in the admin (apart from each and every user) so my Linux admin ended up taking the decimal off in an config file (not in the GUI). Could that be affecting the situation?

I can't seem to reproduce your scenario locally.  I even tried upgrading from a 7.5.x to 7.6.x.  When I did that, I had the amount field back (It was renamed "Likely").  However, the Process Definition triggered even after I removed the decimal separator in the config file.

I recommend creating a support case to have us troubleshoot further.

I recommend that you go to our support site, and click on the "Case Portal" link on the right section.  From there, you can click the "Register Here" button.  Once you are registered, you should be able to submit support cases to us.
