Setting default "related to" value on calls to the Account name

I would like to make the default value of the "related to" field to be set to the account name on all new calls created. We list related people in the guest section. I want to do this to prevent our team from entering calls differently from one another. I think this is probably an easy fix but am just having a hard time figuring it out. Thanks in advance!


We're using the latest version of Sugar Enterprise On Demand.
