Emails not working even though all settings are correct

Hi there,

I'm trying to set up email on SugarCRM community edition so that users can get the ability to reset their passwords. I have set the SMTP settings correctly, but it is still returning this error message;

The email address exists on the web host as well as on Google Apps (email host) and all the other SMTP settings are correct. What is going wrong?
