The only benefit I see to using Email Archiving vs Inbound Email is that a special email account doesn't need to be created for Sugar, because a @sugarondemand.com account is created and used instead.
I did notice that if Email Archiving is disabled, then the email address is deleted and a new one is created. That would make extra work, because processes that were automated using the old email address would need to be changed.
They both link the email based of the email address.
I know that Email Archiving can recognizance meetings, but I am not sure if Inbound Emails does.
What are the other similarities and differences?
