How to remove decimal places system wide in 7.6

Question

Hi.

I need to remove the decimal places all togther. I know it can be done on user level (under User Management and in the Advance tap of the user). However, I need to removed it in the system so all users created hence forth will have that setting (no decimal places) - less work/risk of forgetting to configure.

Seem´s like I´ve seen on the web that in earlier versions, this was done in Admin - Locale. But I do see that option in 7.6, see picture:

Unless I am totally blind, now that would be embarrassing

Since I&acute;ve found out (without an answer here), I&acute;ll post the answer myself This is not done in the GUI but in a config file (no wonder I couldn&acute;t find it). So you&acute;ll have to ask your admin to grep it and change there. Still puzzling to me that this was available in GUI in earlier versions...
