Is anyone else having a problem with the global search displaying the drop-down list of matching records but when the user clicks on the record it does not display?
Does the URL in the address bar change when you click on it? Also, if you open the Developer Tools in your browser, are there any messages in red after you try to click on one of the search results? If so, can you copy/paste them or provide a screenshot?

It is odd. When I created a case I was told me to clear my cache and that we needed to do a quick click on the selection, that if the click was long it wouldn’t load. Sometimes the quick click works, but it seems random and it is frustrating for our users. Any suggestions?

This issue appears to be a defect that is fixed in version 7.6. As was already mentioned, the root cause of the issue has to do with the amount of time it takes between clicking down and releasing the click. Having your users do their best to let go of the mouse button as quickly as possible when they click on links from Global Search is the best workaround we have at this time. You can create a new case requesting to be upgraded to version 18.104.22.168 if you do not want to wait for the auto-upgrade. I hope that helps!
We are trying to upgrade from Professional to Enterprise 7.6 Having some glitches with the upgrade but I’m hoping when it’s done this issue will be resolved.
