KReporter Scheduled Reports

I have setup the KReports scheduler properly, and added a job to the schedule which runs fine as expected.  However none of the scheduled reports I have created in the KReports window appear in my inbox, and I get the following however (1) the email used is correct, (2) I have tried other emails and all the same (3) Sugar does actually send emails from other parts of the system (like password reset, scheduled SuiteCRM reporting distributions etc) but not from Kreports.

Fri Feb 26 17:30:15 2016 [11512][1][FATAL] SMTP -> ERROR: RCPT not accepted from server. Code: 550 Reply: 550 Authentication failed

Fri Feb 26 17:30:15 2016 [11512][1][FATAL] SugarPHPMailer encountered an error: SMTP Error: The following recipients failed: [email]

 

Anyone have similar experience with this?
