When I view an Account, and view its contacts below (the ones I have connected with the Acoount), I want to view the contact's title and mobile in this quick view, without having to enter each contact. How can I do this?
Hi Voula Soufi,
You are able to change the fields shown on the Contacts subpanel by navigating to Admin > Studio > Accounts > Subpanels > Contacts. From here you can then drag and drop what columns are seen (the default column) and which are hidden.
Additionally if you are in Sugar 7 you can press the preview button (Image 1) which will then enable you to see the information on that Contact record in the intelligence pane (Image 2).
This will show all fields on the RecordView for Contacts, but I have simply taken a snippet of the table few fields.
I hope this helps.
Thank you so much Liam!!

Good morning Liam Hastings
I could need your help once more on this!
I did what you wrote to me, but that solved my problem only when I choose to view Contacts, for example.
The truth is that I use the quick search field on the top of the page, on the right, for whatever I want to search. Whether it is a contact, or account, or lead or anything.
When I make a search from this field, the results do not come as I have selected them after your useful guidelines for the contacts let’s say.
Is there a nice way to fix this view, too?
Thank you for your time!
This global search (the search in the top-right of the screen) matches on the data in your system for modules that you have specified to be searchable on, and based on the settings for each field. For example on the Contacts name field in studio you will see an option for the search level with options along the lines of:
This defines how important that field is when searching in the global search to help bring the relevant information to the top of the screen. Additionally as of 7.7 that was released last week, there have been improvements to the Global Search so you may want to look at the release notes posted here Version 7.7 Released!. A full release notes and documentation can be found on the Support documentation online.
