I wonder how I can see the activity stream of other users that I have.
For example, I want to see the flow of activities of my vendors.
how can I do this?
Thank you in advance for your help.
Hi Daniel Monsalve,
You should be able to see any Activity Stream record in Sugar 7 as long as you are following the record the that the activity is for (e.g. the Account 'ABC Accounts'). Any record that you are the assigned User of will automatically be set for you to be following the record.
Please let me know if this is not what you mean, and provide further detail where required.
Thanks in advance for your reply.
If I didn´t understand or don´t quite understand you.
What I want is to know what makes each user, with the intention to keep track and see who is doing something and who does not.
I need to know what the flow activadad each user, regardless of what their activity (creating records, editing records, activities ...).
I understood what you wanted me to explain is that if I want to see changes to a record, I have to do is go and look at the change log. The problem is that neither should view each record individually and that's what I want to avoid, because it would be a very tedious task.
That's what I tried to say?
You know how I can do what I need?
If I understand your post, you are essentially wanting to have an adoption scoring system setup. For example, Joe Bloggs has scored 15 points today for creating some calls and an Opportunity.
Is this the kind of thing you mean?
Liam Hastings Thank you in advance for your help mate.
If accurate, something.
That is, that I can see for example:
Joe Bloggs has now created two new leads, has published two accounts and added a contact to Account 1.
Chloe has made 2 calls to registered Account 4 has created five leads and contact edited 1 Account 2
Something like that...
That sounds like what I was kind of outlining. What version of Sugar are you using, v6 or v7?
I currently use both on two different systems. CE 6.5 in a server and 7.
I want to be able to do this in both.
For Sugar 7 it depends on whether you have Ent or Pro as to whether you could accomplish this using Advanced Reports. But if not my suggestion would be what we implemented on our own system which is a module for scoring actions performed in Sugar such as new record created, and then have these created via workflows.
Thank you for giving some ideas and be the one who has given an answer.
Could you give me more guidance or tell me where I can find documentation to help achieve do this?
I'm afraid there is no documentation on this as it is something that we came up with internally within our company for one of our Sugar clients. Essentially it is a module that is linked to the required modules you want to track, with workflows being used to create points in this module when the conditions are met in the required modules (e.g. record created).
Very good idea that occurred to them. Thanks for your answer.
