Why can't i access the "Process Author" category in the left hand NAV of Admin community?

Thank you for reporting this issue. This is currently being investigated and I'll provide any updates as they become available.

In the meantime, as a workaround, you should be able to access the categories by going directly to the Content page and filtering there. The Process Author page filter you were looking for is shown here.

This issue is scheduled to be fixed with a (non-downtime) upgrade to the community on Tuesday, February 23rd.
