Mail Account Information: Password doesn't save in Inbound Email Configuration

Good Day,

I installed SugarCRM Version 6.5.22 (Build 1055).

I have entered all my details correctly under Admin - > Inbound Email to the point that I can click on " test settings" an successful : Connection completed successfully.

However when I Save the Inbound Email and re-open it again to " test settings" test it fails: Can not authenticate to IMAP server: Login incorrect

Please check your settings and try again.

Then I add the Password again and it works fine, until I save and reopen again .....

 

Is there something i need to set in other settings?
