I have downloaded file from Diagnostics tool(Checked All options). When I extract the folder , I dont see Custom directory ? Is there any otherway to download the custom folder ?
That seems a bit unusual. You can always request a copy of your entire Sugar directory by submitting a request to our Support team via the Support Portal.
I see the same defect in my Sugar on demand (SugarCRM Professional, V 22.214.171.124(Build 9))
Admin->Diagnostic tools->check custom directory->execute diagnostic->download produces an empty zip file even though it did not prior to the upgrade to this version. And the custom api functions are still working, so the content isn't entirely missing but there is no longer access to the code via the methods outlined in the documentation.
